OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your RalphLauren.com purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt, within 30 days of order shipment date (excluding watches and fine jewelry which must be returned within 10 days of the order shipment date). For all returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label free of charge.
- Customers may return item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date or in-store purchase date.
- Orders placed using PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, or Amazon Pay cannot be returned to Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren, or Double RL stores. PayPal and Klarna orders must be returned by mail via our online returns process. Paypal, Afterpay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and gift card orders are not eligible for exchanges. If an exchanged item for Klarna is not received, a new Klarna order will be created and a charge will apply.
- Select limited-edition styles are eligible for return within 7-14 business days of the shipping date.
- Watches and Fine Jewelry must be in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags and stickers attached. To return watches and fine jewelry, please call 888-475-7674. Enjoy free returns within 10 days of the shipment date.
- Please allow up to 10-14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.
- Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping. We’ll also provide a free return label for your new order.
- Please return the exchanged item(s) within 4 business days of initiating the exchange online.
- Exchanged item(s) must be received within 14 days from the day the exchange is initiated online to avoid being charged.
- Buy Online, Pickup In Store and Ship to Store orders are not eligible for exchanges, but can be returned in-store or by mail via our online returns process.
- PayPal, Afterpay, or Amazon Pay orders are not eligible for exchanges, and can only be returned by mail via our online returns process.
- Orders placed using Klarna cannot be returned to Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren, or Double RL stores. Klarna orders must be returned by mail via our online returns process. If an exchanged item is not received, a new Klarna order will be created and a charge will apply.
