Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Orders placed with Standard shipping will typically be delivered in 5 business days from order date. Shipping estimates for most items are based on orders placed before 3 p.m. ET Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) and 11 a.m. ET for customized items. Please note your estimated delivery date at checkout depending on shipping method selected.

Ralph Lauren Account members receive free shipping. Sign in/Join.

  • Economy: $6. Arrives in 5-9 business days. Free with an RL account.
  • Standard: $10. Arrives in 5 business days. Free with an RL account.
  • Fast: $15. Arrives in 4 business days.
  • 2-Business Day: $20
  • 1-Business Day: $25
  • Saturday Delivery: $35
  • White Glove Delivery: $750
  • Same Day Delivery: $25

Order Restrictions

Fast, 2-Business-Day, 1-Business Day, and Saturday delivery options are not available for orders containing fragrances, lighting, rugs, and orders greater than 30 units. Lamps will ship with the base and the shade as 2 separate packages. Gift cards are shipped separately free of charge. Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store is not available for personalized product orders.

Delivery Timing

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders should arrive as specified above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Ralph Lauren reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on RalphLauren.com.

When you choose the Economy delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or 1-Business Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM for residential address deliveries and 8AM – 5PM for commercial business address deliveries. We recommend choosing Fast, 2-Business-Day or 1-Business Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Personalized products will ship within 1-3 business days with the delivery date dependent upon shipping method.

Saturday Delivery

To ensure prompt delivery, orders placed with the Saturday delivery option will be shipped via the 1-Business Day option if placed outside of the hours specified above. We do not recommend choosing Saturday delivery if you are placing your order outside of these hours. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to remote rural areas in the United States.
 

White Glove Delivery

All White Glove items in an order are shipped together and delivered to your home by appointment. Prior to your Estimated Delivery Date, our provider will contact you to arrange a date and four-hour window of time for delivery. Upon delivery, a team of professionals will unpack, assemble, and place the item(s) in your room of choice.

FOR RUGS AND LIGHTING: Please note, our rugs and lighting only ship via Economy delivery. An estimated arrival date will be displayed in your cart at checkout.

In-Store Pickup & Ship to Store

Need your item(s) sooner? Simply enter your zip code while on the product page to see if an item is available for same-day or next-day pick-up at a Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren, or Double RL store convenient to you.

Choose the “Ship To Pickup Location” option at checkout if you prefer to have your entire order shipped free of charge to a Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren, or Double RL store. You’ll receive an email when your order has been delivered to the store.

Same Day Delivery

The Same Day Delivery option allows you to shop online and have your order delivered the same day and is only available in select locations. Add your Same Day Delivery eligible products to cart and proceed to checkout. Choose the “Same Day Delivery” option and fill in contact details for the order. Orders placed before 2 PM local time will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM local time will be delivered the next day.

UPS Store/Access Point Pickup

There’s no need to worry about your package being delivered when you’re not at home. Simply choose the “Ship To Pickup Location” option at checkout to have your order shipped directly to a UPS Store or Access Point location where it will be held for you to pick up.

U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and International

Shipments to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa, and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Fast, 2- Business-Day, 1-Business Day, and Saturday delivery options are not available for these destinations. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to these destinations.
